We work hard to get every fact right, and we fix mistakes quickly when we don't.

How to ask for a correction

Email info@relatazo.com with the link to the story, the sentence you think is wrong and, if you can, a link that shows the right fact. We read every message and reply within two working days.

What happens next

When we correct an article, we update it, change its "Updated" time at the top and add a note at the end saying what changed and when. We do not quietly rewrite facts.

Developing stories

Some stories, like the ones on our topic pages, keep moving for days. When new facts come in we add them and update the time at the top, so you can always see how fresh a story is.
